From the first detail to the final cleanup, Upstate Picnic Company takes care of the coordination, styling, setup, and takedown. All you have to do is show up and enjoy.

Before your event, we'll work with you to make sure every detail is in place. Choose your location, date, picnic experience, and any add-ons or special touches you'd like to include.
For events booked 30+ days in advance, we're happy to work with you to create a custom theme tailored to your vision. Custom themes may require an additional design or sourcing fee depending on the level of customization requested.

On the day of your event, we'll coordinate arrival details with you by text and email so you know exactly what to expect.
We'll arrive at your chosen location, bring everything needed, and transform the space into your luxury pop-up picnic complete with your curated décor, table setting, and all the little details.

Once everything is ready, we'll be there to greet you and hand over your picnic.
Then, it's yours to enjoy.
When your gathering is over, we come back, pack everything up, and leave the space just as we found it.
