We do not provide alcohol for any picnics. If you choose to bring your own, you're responsible for knowing the rules and regulations for alcohol at your picnic location.

Can we have alcohol?
Yes. There are two ways to make a picnic your own. For our signature packages (the Adirondack, the Saratoga, and the Hudson), you can personalize the experience with add-ons: fresh florals, a charcuterie board, hot chocolate or coffee service, a celebration kit, games, and more. For something bigger, we offer Custom Gatherings. Tell us what you're imagining and we'll design the whole thing around it: proposals, showers, milestone birthdays, corporate events, styled celebrations, and more. Custom themes are available for events booked more than 30 days in advance. Custom Gatherings are quoted individually based on design, décor, sourcing, guest count, any additional vendors, and travel.

Can I customize my picnic?
Cancellations made less than 5 business days before your event result in loss of any deposits paid. Notice of cancellation must be provided at least 5 business days before your scheduled event.

What if I need to cancel?
We'll stay in touch with you in the days leading up to your event about the forecast. If inclement weather affects your picnic, you'll have the option to move to an indoor location or reschedule to another available date. We don't offer refunds for weather, but you'll have up to 180 days to use your credit toward a new event.

What happens if there's bad weather?
We partner with Gouda Giggles Charcuterie to offer custom charcuterie boards as an add-on to any picnic. You're also welcome to bring your own food. Light snacks are provided with every picnic. Please let us know about any food allergies or sensitivities when you book.

Do you provide food?
What if something gets broken or goes missing?

You're responsible for all picnic items while our staff are not onsite. We'll get your picnic set up and ready, and we ask that your party stays until our staff returns to take everything down. Charges apply for any damaged or missing items. We get it, accidents happen, so just talk to us.
Can I have my event at my home?

Yes! We're happy to set up in your home or your outdoor space.
Do you offer photography for my picnic?
